- A team that truly cares about their co-workers. No politics - just people who want to get to work and build a successful company. - The company's "work from anywhere" mentality sets us up as leader when it comes to effectively growing our business during and after the pandemic. - The product works incredibly well and offers a differentiated experience. Great tech available at an important point in history!

- High-growth startup with a ton of opportunity to have a meaningful impact - Leaders come from a variety of different companies/industries and are eager to invest in and cultivate talent - Team is very engaged and excited to try new experiments and strategies to meet goals - Product is helping companies support better productivity and work-life balance - Remote-friendly mission and culture offer a ton of flexibility for hybrid employees

Cons

- It can be challenging at a startup to create and implement processes and systems when the team is used to being scrappy, which may be a con if you're considering leaving a larger company to work here. The opportunity for impact goes hand in hand with being willing to roll up your sleeves and figure out solutions.
