This year, we are finding new ways to invest in our people. One of the ways we are doing this is by enhancing our benefits across the globe. We are currently in the process of reimagining our benefits offerings globally.

We do this by offering our employees unlimited PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and summer hours, where laptops shut and offices close at 1 p.m. on the last day of each workweek, worldwide. We also follow the hybrid working model, where employees work two days a week from home. We believe that this allows our team members to bring their best selves to work each day.
