Pros
The people I work with are fun to be with, lots of laughs, and smart too - I definitely like coming to work. The backup product is the best in the market, and the outlook for the company seems super-bright, as are chances for a big exit. I get to learn a lot of new technologies, as much as I can take. Good location in the center of Tel-Aviv above the Sarona market - easily accessible from the train station, excellent choice of food for lunch...
Cons
Open space can get very noisy, and people do not respect the need to use meeting rooms for long talks. Personally I am having a hard time with daily scrum meeting at 09:45 - could not get R&D manager to agree to move it even to 10:00. With my sport training group schedule this creates 3 days a week of racing to not be late to the office. This is easier during the corona pandemic crisis as I can take the meeting from home, which was a big no-no prior to that.
