- Talented team who care about the company - Generous remuneration and benefits - Fantastic products and market opportunity - Strong leadership with transparency into company performance and direction - Talented Sales team - Flexible working

Cons

- Usual growing pains for a rapidly expanding software company including immature systems and processes which need some refining to make them scalable, autonomy needs to be given to leaders in each region - Employee performance reviews and feedback processes aren't yet in place but they're working on it

Onboarding - really solid approach to getting new hires successfully ramped. Sales Process - there is one (!) and it works; it works brilliantly. This hugely supports the success of the business and individuals. Leadership - smart, personable, driven, human. Great team. Values - OwnBackup wants this to be the best job I ever had and they're doing a darned good job of making it so.
