Awesome product, even better place to work!
Pros
OwnBackup is a small, but quickly growing company fueled by strong VC funding and exponential revenue growth. The product is highly rated in the tech community, so our customers are very supportive and engaged. It's an awesome time join the team because each individual can actually make an impact and management is extremely open to ideas. Everyone is always busy, but we always manage to find time for team outings and events. Most recently, we all did an "Escape the Room" and dinner outing. There's also room for promotion since the company is growing so quickly. Within just a couple of years, you could likely be promoted.
Cons
You have to be highly motivated to keep up with our fast-paced culture. If you just want to work 9-5pm every day, this may not be the place for you. Also, since we're still a startup, there are a lot of processes that are still being put in place, so don't expect everything to work perfectly right away. They're still working on adding some of the traditional benefits, like 401K plans, but these should be in place shortly.
