      Not Many, great training and you learn a ton

      Cons

      Send company to Vegas in July and then lay off half the company in November

      Thank you for your feedback. While we’ve grown significantly year over year, the world has changed much more dramatically and as a result we have had to make a strategic organizational realignment, impacting approximately 170 employees worldwide. While this decision was extremely challenging and has affected all geographies and departments today, we remain extremely positive about our future. In addition, large internal events are an investment in our employees and are typically planned over a year in advance. If you have any other thoughts or questions, please reach out to your HRBP.       Product & vertical is an advantage , however, there is plenty of room to fix other aspects of the company

      Pros

      Nice office, growing company, demand for data protection is high

      Cons

      - Lack of concern for Covid-19 precautions with lack of Covid-19 testing, no requirement for proof of vaccination status, no masks, social distancing evident, and there is a requirement to be on site despite growing spread of Covid-19 - Office politics (backbiting, bias and preferential treatment is rampant) - Micromanagement - Management spends lots of time spent looking at the Salesforce dashboards & reports vs. coaching - Heavy drinking culture (fraternity type culture) - Lack of diversity - Opportunities for internal promotions, professional development and growth are limited - the majority of AE’s are external hires

      Pros

      - Coworkers, customers, vendors alike are good people - top talent. - Many within saw promotions, lateral shifts, and opportunities to engage with new tech, attend conferences, and lead projects. - Business knew how to change and adapt to new information and leaders would call themselves out. - Solid product Was decent place to work at various points, though depends a lot on the department/manager/location. Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed.

      Cons

      - Lack of empathy, trust and transparency from various leadership members often made people feel replaceable, under appreciated, and overworked. - Visible favoritism of individuals, departments (sales), and location heighten in-office politicking. - Unclear growth paths, learning opportunities for those outside of sales - The constant rallying of how amazing the company is only to realize they mismanaged spending that led to a large layoff. - The way the layoffs were handled.
