Pros

Working here has given me a sense of accomplishment. I feel as though the work I do on a day to day basis helps drive results and has a real impact. My colleagues are some of the best and smartest in the industry. Truly feel lucky to be here.

Cons

Like with any startup, there are bumps along the road because we are growing at such a rapid pace. So if you are not ready to work hard and adapt to a quickly changing environment this is not the place for you.

Everything. People - The smartest group of employees and executives that are all very approachable and willing to help you succeed. Products - Best in class, hands down Pay - Excellent Company Culture - A perfect storm of awesome people who take their work seriously but not themselves. Open and collaborative. Bottom line - If you want to be a part of the next big thing in data protection, you've found it. Apply and accept the offer.

There are none if you don't mind working for a company doubling in size each year.
