Pros
The company pays well, has great benefits, and most importantly consists of people who are great to work with. As a team member, your opinions are listened to, so it's possible for anyone in the company to make a positive impact on its success. Also, a healthy work-life balance is encouraged to prevent people from burning out. I'm going to stick around for a while.
Cons
The company is still young, and occasionally there are all-hands-on-deck emergencies that occur outside of normal work hours. But see the above comment on work-life balance.
