      Exactly what I look for in a company: - tons of room for career growth - a huge total addressable market, massive upside potential - a mission I'm excited about/doing something good in the world. - helping small businesses - amazing colleagues - professionally challenging, but still fun - not boring

      Cons

      - not a con for me, but this isn't a good match for folks looking to only work 9-5 every day. be honest with what you are optimizing for in your life (career growth / startup upside vs. traditional "work life balance") before considering this company
