Pros

This is a company with high expectations and higher rewards. It feels great to work somewhere that really makes a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. The team is truly world class, so you have every opportunity to stretch yourself and grow, and if you do so then the company is amazing at recognizing accomplishments. Leadership is really on the ball, and my manager has been amazing.

Cons

The work/life balance is definitely better elsewhere, but that's part of the deal with many startups

Pros

- If I had to give Owner a tagline it would be "A training ground for founders" because everyone has a strong ownership mentality and focus on customer growth. - Has maintained a positive and strong culture while undergoing hypergrowth. - Midlevel and front-line managers invest in the growth and enablement of teams early and often.

Cons

- Hypergrowth = ambitious goals. Growth is hard, no doubt about it. But as far as companies at this stage go, things feel incredibly stable despite the speed and the rate of growth the company (and you) undergo. - If you're NOT motivated/excited, it can feel like you're the only one. Imposter syndrome is real but the high quality of the team helps you feel confident/strong in a challenging environment.

Pros

The people here are great; everyone is smart, talented, cares, and is driven to contribute. The culture is fun and all are hyper focused on the mission: to give independent restaurants the modern tools the need to compete against big business.

Cons

The velocity relies on you being a self-starter, disciplined, and your own champion for continuous learning. This is something that I like, but others may prefer a role that has more specific, direct guidance served to them.
