      + Moves fast + Financially doing well + Responsible, experienced, and smart C-suite + Deeply talented and nimble team

      Cons

      - Moves fast, can be chaotic - Transitioning from early stage to mid-stage scale means lots of reorgs - Like fixing a fast-moving speedboat hurdling toward the finish line (which is years away)

      Pros

      This is a company with incredibly high expectations and standards (and that's a GREAT thing!). Every single person that works here is so passionate and driven, it's almost contagious!!! Everyone really does believe in the vision and lives the companies core values. Not only that, but the product actually delivers and is helping thousands of small restaurant owners!!! It feels AMAZING to be a part of a company like this!

      Some internal comms platforms can be a bit overwhelming (but that is being worked on as we speak!)

      Everything you see online about this place is as real as it gets, very fun environment. Almost dosen't feel like work.

      Typical startup growing pains, also hiring a ton of people so hard to build a relationship with everyone
