Pros

This company is dripping with talent. You get the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, PMs, and designers, and a lot of us here are hungry to do amazing work. Our growth and potential are incredible. It feels like we have the opportunity to work for a once in a generation company Owner is very customer focused, and even with our rapid growth, we haven't lost sight of that. You have access to every AI tool you can ask for. We are not afraid of using new tech to move faster

Cons

To succeed here, you'll be working a lot, which isn't for everybody. If the primary thing you're looking for in your next career is work-life balance, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Pays a salary that can be used in exchange for goods and services

Cons

Where to start? First off, don't trust any of the reviews here. New hires are *strongly* encouraged to leave a review within their first month. The culture is rotten from the top down. The obsession over the company values is like something out of a cult. This place is a whirlpool of constantly shifting priorities based on the whims of the exec team. The baseline expectation for employees is 50-60 hours a week. The latest are sweeping AI mandates where the expectation is that all devs increase "velocity" by 5-10x, ie a thinly veiled overtime mandate. Insane deadlines are thrown around to generate pressure to perform. Performance reviews are a farce. This is one of the most political workplaces I have ever had the misfortune to operate in. Devs need to spend an inordinate amount of time marketing themselves internally. EM's do not represent or defend their teams. Work itself is interesting at times, but things are also largely disorganized, poorly defined, and often have conflicting buy-in from execs. Priorities and staffing shift so often to the detriment of actually delivering anything, at least with any semblance of work life balance.

Pros

Team culture that shows up. I’m remote but onboarded in person at a team offsite, and it set the tone: people are genuinely eager and available to help. No question is “too small,” and folks with deep experience jump in to unblock you quickly. Meaningful impact + growth immediately. Within my first weeks I shipped changes that materially improved a customer-facing flow (think major error reduction) and was trusted to lead follow-up refactors and kick off an initiative focused on product quality and accessibility. Scope and ownership here feel real, not performative. Comp & benefits that respect remote work. My total package matches or exceeds what I’ve had at larger, more established companies. I especially appreciate that compensation isn’t discounted by “cost-of-living” adjustments — pay reflects impact, not zip code.

Cons

Typical fast-moving-company trade-offs: some processes are still maturing and cross-time-zone coordination can take a bit of effort. Nothing that’s unusual for a high-growth environment, and the team is quick to improve things.
