      Amazing thoughtful, empathetic folks who've created an incredible work environment that truly cares about restaurants

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company so its important to have the right expectations going in. Often times processes are still being figured out but leadership is incredibly open to feedback. If you're willing to jump in and solve problems as they come up you'll be really successful.

      Pros

      Joining Owner has been one of the best career decisions I've made. The team is filled with energetic, kind, and genuinely welcoming individuals who are all motivated and purpose-driven. Everyone I've met is passionate about their work. It's clear that no one is just here for a paycheck. Owner fosters a positive, engaging culture that makes it easy to love what you do and actually enjoy showing up to work.

      Cons

      Like many early-stage startups, some systems and processes are still being built or refined. We're moving quickly, and while the foundation is solid, there's room to grow in terms of tools and infrastructure.
