      Great Company But Non-Inclusive

      Lots of friendly competition Good benefits Good lead volume Good sales process/workflow

      Cons

      Sales Management is very junior when it comes to experience level and performance, few met expectations. 150% effort level is expected 24/7. Sales Leadership doesn’t truly care about the IC, they are all seen as numbers at the end of the day.

      Its a young company with a lot of potential. Its from the new generation as his CEO and founder is only 23 years old. There are big career development opportunities as the company grows. They really value hard work and pay for it.

      Cons

      Being young is a double-edged sword. They are still finding the right internal organization, creating processes, and else. In some areas, you can tell the company was founded just 4 years ago.
