      Pros

      - Smart and highly driven individuals within the workplace AND outside in their personal lives with a clear goal to go beyond expectations. - Leadership is strong, newly raised funding means we're providing lots of value to our customers and still much room to grow. - Benefits, competitive pay, everyone is nice and helpful! - Still a growing baby boy so you have the chance to nurture and develop to be the best it can be! - Remote / given WFH stipend.

      Cons

      - Company future is in your hands! You have to set time outside of regular hours to really learn the ins and outs of the product, work flow and to set your own plan to find success. - Growing pains but thats with any startup!

      Pros

      Incredibly talented and collaborative team. Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done quickly and with high quality. If you’re hired, you’re trusted as an expert, no micromanaging, just a lot of ownership and support.

      Cons

      It’s fast-paced from day one, which isn’t for everyone. You need to be disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable learning through mistakes in a very visible environment.

      Pros

      • World-class team of people. People here are intimidatingly great in every role. Even people in entry-level positions. They are brilliant, move fast, kind, and care deeply about our customers. • Seeing customer impact first-hand. I've seen more than 10 customers call our product life-changing, which feels really powerful. • Freedom to build, and make an impact how you see best. You can just do things at Owner – there's no bureaucracy or systems holding you back. It's extremely powerful. I've been very pleasantly surprised by how much founder DNA is on this team, and how many great people (even without founder backgrounds) operate with such ownership.

      Cons

      • Intense, which I love but is not for everyone.
