      Pros

      I love working at Owner! The work we do really makes a difference for our customers, and that makes me happy logging in to work. You can tell that everyone on the team is passionate about our mission because there are constantly new and improved updates being released to really help our customers! This is a 100% remote company, yet I still feel like I've been able to connect with the team due to our weekly meeting and our fun vacations! The leadership team here is the BEST - I feel valued and know that my hard work is recognized and appreciated. I know they are on my side to help me learn and grow.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but there are many frequent changes to the product - you have to be confident in your ability to learn on the fly!

      Owner.com offers flexible working hours with great pay and benefits. The company culture and mission are outstanding and the work is very fulfilling.

      * Opportunities to work on green field projects * Opportunities to build fundamental infrastructure that will shape product development * Mission-driven company (helping small business owners) * Collaborative engineering culture; work with talented, passionate and helpful engineers.

      Cons

      If you view these as "cons" instead of opportunities for how you can have impact, then Owner isn't for you: * Missing some fundamental infrastructure & engineering processes (it's a young company) * Fast-paced product development process. "Move fast" as a value has downsides, but if you're bought in, you'll do well. * There will be growing pains as both the company direction changes and engineering tech stack evolves.
