- amazing colleagues - product is solid and customers see value - great pay and benefits - remote work - slim tech stack, big push for documenting everything, makes it easy to get up to speed for most things

Cons

- some tribal knowledge still around from their first couple years - NOT a con for me; rapid growth means lots of exciting change but definitely not for everyone
