Pros

Great team supervises your work. You get to learn proper citation standards and write academically. You don't have too tight deadlines and can work from wherever.

Cons

I have not identified any negative aspect of being an Oxford Reporter.

Pros

Nice people, nice office, support always available, good work-life balance

Cons

Lack of pay progression due to business performance, product updates are slow and feels like we are playing ‘catch up’ with our competitors in business area. Recovery plan from last winter’s restructuring doesn’t feel realistic, SLT do not consult with ordinary staff for forecasting targets. Often team activities involve sticking post it notes with employee ideas down but then quickly thrown away or disregarded. Listen to your staff! They have excellent customer intel
