Pros
the schedule 9/80 is beyond amazing. very grateful for this sort of schedule. Everyone you work with is everyone from the community, people you have known for years or people you make great friends with. I enjoy the camaraderie.
Cons
no room to advance. Always open positions to public even if a worker has been in the position for years and deserves the promotion. They have limited benefit employees (temps) that have been with the company for 10-15 years with no permanent position in sight. no one has had a raise in 7 years
