Pros

I like that it is a family business and most all the people are friendly, supportive, and want to do the right thing.

Cons

They're growing quite a bit which comes with some hiccups along the way, but leadership does seem fairly responsive to changing needs.

Pros

When you go to work and feel the genuine concern and passion for what you are doing to make a difference in the company it feels good. Seeing the ownership in the trenches to get the job done makes what you do that much better.

Cons

Every job has it cons but you have to make a choice to see the positive and see that in all you do.
