Nepotism...nepotism...nepotism

Pros

The owners take year-long sabbaticals and there are about 7-8 owners. I guess that is a pro for them?

Cons

The only way to move up in the company is if you are male and pale. Major nepotism and if you aren't family, you aren't squat in the company. The next generation of kids are knocking at the door, so be prepared to have about 40 kids, whose parents are owners, in their 20's be your boss after working there for two years.

You must be an ozinga family member to benefit, or atleast convince them you know how to run the plants in your state, everyone else is a number to them.

So much Nepotism and Favoritism

Pros

The owners are nice and caring.

Cons

There is no room for advancement. Jobs are created for you if you're a favorite. Certain people are allowed to get all of their family members hired even spouses. The insurance isn't that good.
