The people. People are so friendly and supportive of one another, they are what makes coming to work everyday worth it. Profit sharing plan is generous. They give back to the community.

Cons

Nepotism and failure to follow through on promises. Low pay, well below market.

Main office is great. Profit sharing is good.

Owners let regional office managers do what they want which is bring in family members to take positions from loyal employees. Only way to get ahead is to be related to someone. Managers are unprofessional. Take a look at reasons why people are leaving and how it's effecting your branding. Main office needs to step back and see what's happening.
