Pros

Some people are nice enough

Cons

In short… this place is a toxic dumpster fire. People in leadership and management are given jobs that they are not qualified for. When they drop the ball there are no consequences for them. An annual survey is sent to all employees and if a manager gets a low score nothing happens to them or changes. This is across the board. Individuals who do little to no work or poor work are not held accountable either. There’s a joke that it’s hard to get fired at Ozinga. More people should get fired… maybe they might start putting in some effort. Bullies also live within the company. They have the biggest influence on ownership, leaders and executives. They will spread lies and act fake to you (actually that’s more than just the bullies). Politics and religion should not be brought into the workplace regardless of the company being private or public.
