Pros

This company strives everyday to be better, always taking constructive critisim to ensure we are always growing, I feel that my managers and coworkers work very well together, we are treated right and all of our ideas are heard.

Cons

There is some miscommunication within departments at times. Sometimes information takes some time to get back to the call center and vice versa.
