Pros
I traveled for the company. It all depends on the manager. If they have a good manager iit's a good place to work. Lots of OT. No shortage of work Mechanical work itself is not hard to do or learn Decent Pay
Cons
The company bills the customer on billable hours, so the more hours you bill the better. Company is looking for 120% production which is do able but you have to work.
