      Pros

      Family feel and team work with all aspects of the company from the lowest lever to the highest level of the company. CEO and COO very active in the company and care for all employees. Fast past driven company if you work hard it will pay off. Management not afraid to get down and dirty and work with mechanics if that is needed.

      None I enjoy what I do and I am happy to come to work with a family team.

      It’s a pay check. That’s about it

      Cons

      Lied about pay to get people in, lied about working conditions to get people to agree to hire on. No form of shelter from the weather. The “shop” was a cordoned off piece of the parking lot. Ridiculously expensive insurance. 60hr/week minimum. You will work holidays unless it falls on your day off or you have vacation time.
