      Pros

      Family feel and team work with all aspects of the company from the lowest lever to the highest level of the company. CEO and COO very active in the company and care for all employees. Fast past driven company if you work hard it will pay off. Management not afraid to get down and dirty and work with mechanics if that is needed.

      None I enjoy what I do and I am happy to come to work with a family team.

      Always pay late i have 4 days waiting on my check its been 4 times already in this year where I’ve been paid late
