      Home time Medical benefits No fource dispatch

      Cons

      Upwards of 100-200 miles of deadhead unpaid driving. P&S app constantly breaking. Excessive trailer swapping with broken or missing parts from previous drivers making it your problem. Unreliable planners giving loads that require running recap hours and not having the hours to complete the load requiring a 34 reset in the middle of the week.

      Pay is the only decent pro

      Cons

      You are given 5 days of PTO for the first year, yet expected to work 10-11 hour days 5 days a week all in office, add on a hour commute each way. The work life balance is absolutely horrible leading to extremely burnt out employees. My health is beginning to suffer as I cannot even make a simple appointment, I need to save time for my kids being sick.
