P2 has a great bunch of people and they solve some real interesting problems. The culture of helping each other out is fantastic and you really feel like a team that's working together.

Cons

Geographical boundaries and growth through acquisition has made collaboration hard over time. It's easy for people to become protective over their fiefdoms rather than focusing on being awesome for their customer / overall business success.
