Pros
-Good starting PTO -Can work from home -Friendly and helpful co-workers -Great location -RTD pass -Pretty good benefits -Yearly bonus, provided company is doing well -Company is pretty active in trying to improve
Cons
-Pay is below market and raises are underwhelming -Little interaction with your actual manager; instead you spend most of your time with (and get most of your feedback from) scrum master and product owner. Unfortunately, these are not the people in charge of evaluating you, which is frustrating. -Outdated tech and poor documentation can make learning the system a slog.
