Many of us have worked for P3 for YEARS. They consistently told us "the company is fine, your jobs are safe, don't listen to the rumors" all while pushing the toxic corporate "we are a family" tagline. On a Monday we were told there would be a workforce reduction. They started firing us a on Tuesday. Again on Wednesday. Then again on Thursday. People had to go to work and watch their coworkers get picked off. No rhyme or reason, no warning as to who would be fired. They fired many of the people with seniority but kept people that had been there for a month. The company has been going south for years and it will continue. Many of us stayed over the years in good faith due to this company's promises. Their biggest mistake was going public and being traded on the stock market. But really at the end of the day, all of this is just to pad the pockets of the top execs. They are literally living in million dollar houses while new hires have to BEG for a living wage that reflects their years of experience. They spend tens of thousands on corporate sponsorships (seriously paid the Gronk to throw P3 tshirts into a crowd at a football game). Their corporate spending is unchecked and because of that, we lost our jobs. You would think the people making those decisions would be reprimanded in some way, but no. Just easier to fire the people doing all the work for you. We made you that money and this is how you repay that "family". Do not work here. You will be lied to so they can cover their butts, they will convince/beg you to stay, and then they will fire you with no warning when it is convenient for them. You are DISPOSABLE to P3 Health Partners. People have continued to quit after this massive firing because everyone feels betrayed and does not trust the compnay any longer. What does P3 stand for? PASSIONATELY screwing over their PEOPLE with PURPOSE. And sell your stock before you lose all your money.
