Pros

None. This was pure torture.

Cons

This was the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Poor pay, leaders bullied everyone, and entire departments left in droves. Nearly the entire c-suite is not only incompetent but inappropriate on so many levels. The one or two decent leaders either left or got bullied themselves so they couldn't make any real changes for the better. Senior leaders would work their teams to the bone for pay that was way below fair market value and then take their work and present it as their own. The CEO would yell at people, call them stupid and make them leave meetings as punishment.
