Not many pros. Only thing it had going for it was the decent pay.

Cons

Disengaged senior leaders. Does not value long term employees and their thoughts. Seems like they just want 'yes men' High cost to employee for medical, dental and vision coverage for a family.

Rules do not apply for everyone. Slackers never get fired. Tedious. No room for advancement. No raises and no bonuses.
