Flat structure provides opportunties to work with higher-ups that you don't get anywhere else. Small company, more individualized attention from management. Work hard, play hard.

Cons

The regular cons of consultant job- not knowing where your next project will be and travel

- Great benefits (20 vacation days, comprehensive health care, company events, etc) - Good variable pay (based on defined KPIs) - High employee appreciation - High flexibility and room for creativity & self realization

Cons

- with increasing company size, benefits & perk package can be improved - very project oriented (nature of job), company internal networking can be improved

-Flexibility to work remotely 50 to 100% of the time (upon agreement with current customer/project manager) -Awesome co-workers A.K.A P3ers -Exposure to projects outside your expertise area giving you the chance to add more skills to your toolbox

Cons

-If you are not a sales oriented person you may struggle with the task of generating new leads throughout the year
