Great benefits Can be a positive environment with great people Growth opportunities as long as you are in good with those that matter (not necessarily upper management)

Cons

Nepotism - people in positions they are unqualified for and don't do justice for the better of the company (it's a family-owned company) Values likability over quality of work (you can get far simply by being in good graces with the "in crowd"; alternatively, high performance doesn't necessarily get rewarded as such) C-level execs have a "good ol boys club" and pompously refer to themselves as "The Core Four" Pride in work culture may be fake depending on the department/leaders
