PAC Worldwide places a big emphasis on company culture and is a great place to work. Management gives you the guidance as well as the latitude to be successful!

Cons

The company is growing fast and obviously, there are hurdles as things shift and need to be standardized as we expand.

I have worked at family owned companies in the past and PAC is by far the most professional, focused and honest company that I have ever worked for. The PAC culture is amazing; the team is there to support you professionally as well as personally. Upper Management has done a great job of putting their team together and the success of the company is proof that they know what they are doing. PAC's future-minded growth strategy makes you feel confident that you are part of a company that will be around for a long time. I would strongly recommend PAC to be your number one career choice.

Cons

Vacation benefit policy is a bit confusing.

No real good reasons to work there, unless you like being treated like a slave and made to feel like an idiot or fool.

Cons

There are way too many cons about this company. A short list would be incompetent management on all levels, backstabbing between workers on opposing shifts, no good raises, favoritism between certain managers and employees, unfair treatment toward good employees, and just general stupid decision making from upper and lower management.
