      Pros

      Good pay good benefits, plenty of OT. Pay is 20$-25$ for Thermo operator. You don’t want to be a packer, no way to move up.

      breaks are okay for the hours worked.

      Cons

      unprofessional, lazy and childish management, favoritism towards a specific group of people, management will bully you in front of other people, staff in general lacks basic communication skills and nobody gets along, unsafe and toxic work climate. Need I say more? This place sucks. Do not work here.

      Micromanagement at its best with a hint narcissism, co workers are fantastic, lots of diversity, great attitudes among co workers and fun to work with. Great benefits with good work to life balance. Maintenance supervisor Nevin is fantastic! Loved working there...
