Good pay $20 to $25 an hour. Good benefits and vacation. Pension as well.

Cons

Paccars performance expectations in some areas can be overboard and can cause alot of stress.

Pension, work life balance, mid pressure (depending on age- your not moving as fast as when you were younger) Pay, with biannual increase up to $25.40 /hr

Cons

At the moment only 4 employees are allowed off during any given day. Some employees that have been around longer can plan in advance making it harder for new hires to get popular dates off.
