Pros
There's a decent benefits package. Things are great if you can get into upper management. There are some smart and resilient people that work there.
Cons
Manager is mostly reactive to situations as opposed to being proactive. Vacation policy sucks. There are many positions where promotion opportunities are non existent. Few perks while in every level jobs. Many things are done last minute.
