      Great people, very intelligent and hardworking folks here, interesting work, great company benefits.

      Cons

      Some tight deadlines, and pressure from management. strict about being in office, 2 days work from home, but many groups back in office 5 days a week.

      The Technical Center is a great place to work in a great location.

      It can be hard to receive a promotion without leaving the company and returning or going to another department.

      Pros

      Stable company financially and a Fortune 500 member. Highly respected within the heavy equipment industry and customers. Role movement within the company or functional areas is not discouraged.

      Cons

      Their approach to business and employees is very dated and they only change at the last minute when they feel they are forced to. Salary figures have not kept up with the Seattle area cost of living. Dress code at the corporate office dictates a suit and clean shaven. The office spaces are extremely dated. Software tools are kept to the level of a minimum viable product. Working from home policy is very restrictive. All of this contrasts against the tech heavy employment landscape of the Seattle area.
