Good pay, good benefits, good people.

Cons

Supervisors don't know the job and provide zero help to employees. Training is so minimal and you are always set up for failure. Must have a bachelors degree to advance to front line supervisor AND be willing to relocate. Company cares about profit more than people. You are just a number here.
