If you liked the TV show Mad Men and can work in that culture, PACCAR is the place for you. Lots of nice people, lots of opportunity to move around within the Company

Cons

Definitely a "top down" culture.

Pension, rare to find nowadays.

Cons

Will not change to meet employees wants - enforcing return to work for those who have been working remote successfully for over a year. Culture does not support work/life balance. It's not uncommon for management to expect 40+ hours. Male white privilege is VERY apparent.
