      Not likely to lose your job unless you deserve it.

      Cons

      Management gossips like children. I first hand witnessed managers talking about VERY private details about other employees. Things that only high-level HR people should know. Career decisions made about employees without any verification of the truth. People blackballed for future growth based on the look on someone's face when passed in the hallway. Yes, I'm serious.

      Very corporate culture. Less room for change and to make operational change this was a large company.
