Everyone I worked with was kind and fair. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. I took on extra projects and was noted in my performance reviews and I had multiple promotions.

Cons

The company is old fashioned and slow moving, a very stable and fair environment, but not very high tech or fast paced.

Pros

Work load is very easy but engaging, pays well, it's very clean, the other employees are friendly and there are lots of different jobs you can do within the same department so its never too repetitive.

Cons

Some workers are tattle tales with rules but that's it. You are syndicated and sometimes it is a double edged sword. Being late by even just 2 minutes get you warnings and it can get exhausting to be heckled with it.
