New management has no idea what was made here and what it took to do. Just pond on the table and expect morale and throughout to double, right?

Cons

ERP systems are old and require extensive operational maintenance to keep them running. Decisions made by middle to upper management are driven by bonus incentives rather than doing what's best for the company. Result is expensive long term technical debt.
