Pros

Company is very stable and financially responsible (they’ve made a profit every quarter for almost 80 years); lots of opportunities to move around and experience different roles and parts of the business

Cons

You won’t be highly paid, unless you achieve executive status and get IC (potentially). A lot of processes are in place, which makes doing things differently very difficult and many other employees are adverse to change and will resist it and prefer to keep doing things the same way.
