      Pros

      Smiles. Opportunity. I felt shamed in my interview due to my education level, but it was made clear to me that they want us, ME, to have more education, more knowledge, and they will help pay for it. 401k plus a pension. Life is perception, if you want support, and can be humble, i believe theybwill hand you the keys to the castle. The entitlement that is not owed but expected by so many, that leads to the poor reviews, and of course the failure of society.

      Cons

      People are my biggest challenge, again, any cons are based on negativity from people who expect something, they feel entitled. amd maybe the work day, they believe in 7 to 4, 8 to 5 whenever possible, which puts you smack dab in traffic......darn, traffic for 50% off the cost of college expenses.....
