      Stable company. Consistently profitable. Good product.

      Cons

      Treat their employees terribly. Very negative enviroment. Have to wear suits every day. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

      Pros

      Good people, for the most part. Security. Decent pay and benefits including a pension. Great work life balance. Management track (for IT) includes rotation to different cities including Europe and Asia. Definite room to grow and move-up.

      Cons

      Traditional corporate culture, business attire every day. Low performers are not weeded out or held accountable. Management can vary a lot in experience and style.

      Pros

      Good work / life balance There are some very nice people who work there that truly care. Benefits are very good, except for pay.

      Cons

      Terrible place for a person to grow coming out of college. They do not challenge you at all and do not provide any incentives to want to grow at the company. Way to slow in adapting to the changing technologies. Do not spend money on their people or technology, which is why they have been profitable for the past 77 years. Do not provide any training. Management is terrible. No matter how hard you work you don't get rewarded or noticed. Once an intern always an intern.
