      Pros

      Good company to work for. I was there for 18 years.

      Cons

      But when the down turn came in they were not pleasant to work for. They let me go for reasons that were not even there. I expected to retire from there but when the economy turn down and business was slow they started letting people go for unexplainable reasons. I was very disappointed with the company after giving my all for so long.

      Solid Company That Needs to Adapt Culturally

      Pros

      Company is run well and employees some smart and hard working people. Have been able to weather downturns in the economy with strong focus on being efficient and investing in technology

      Cons

      Culturally the company is behind with the times. Professional attire required in the corporate office regardless of position. When it comes to perks, flexible work arrangements, etc. they don't seem to realize its the 2000s. Good boys vibe from C-Suite, and at times seems like they still think its the 1970s.
