      Pros

      It was very average as far as Fortune 500 companies are concerned in terms of compensation and benefits. It's a solid company that always performs well.

      Cons

      Very conservative old school company. No snow days, sick days, and extremely demanding management. Work life balance in the accounting department wasn't great and the environment was extremely political. Advancement was based on your personal relationships and not by merit.

      Pros

      If you don't like your current position they will just let you move around. You can go play around with trucks and the assembly line is neat.

      Cons

      Every time I step in the office I have a panic attack because it feels like I have warped through time and space and landed in the 1950's. Not just because of the office decor, but because of the suits, the culture of men work and women stay at home. There is no way they meet diversity laws. I am white and it makes me uncomfortable how white this place is. The only way to get promoted is if you are tall and white with greying hair. It has caused me and my coworkers to develop the theory of de-evolution. Where you start out standing tall and then get bent so often you eventually devolve into a monkey. Ground breaking research is being done on this topic.
